Service operator and Data Controller
The operator of QuickMix determines how personal data is used to provide this service and is the Data Controller for QuickMix users. Base44 provides infrastructure as a processor where applicable, not as QuickMix’s controller.

By using QuickMix, you agree to these terms. QuickMix helps you select, arrange, fade, and export short audio mixes.
Copyright and Content Rights
You retain any rights you already have in content you upload. QuickMix is a tool for editing user-uploaded audio; it does not supply music or provide or transfer any copyright, licence, or usage rights to music uploaded or processed through the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions for your intended use. Creating a clip, edit, mashup, or short version of copyrighted audio does not automatically give you the right to publish, distribute, advertise, sell, or otherwise use that content publicly.
You must not use QuickMix to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights. QuickMix may remove files, disable projects, or suspend accounts where there is a valid legal reason or a credible copyright complaint, subject to applicable law and a review of the available information.
Report copyright infringement through the private operator request queue. Do not publish a private file or project as part of a complaint. You may also contact hei@sondesign.no.
Your content
You retain whatever rights you already have in your content. You allow QuickMix to store and process that content only as needed to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful material or try to bypass access restrictions on third-party services.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another user’s projects, interfere with the service, or circumvent usage limits.
Free plan and limits
The free plan supports up to 3 active projects and 10 tracks per project. Uploads are limited to 100 MB and 15 minutes per file. Finished mixes can be exported up to 10 minutes long, subject to device memory. No paid subscription is offered at present.
Availability and saved files
The service depends on your browser, device, internet connection, and supported audio codecs. Keep copies of your original files and finished exports. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free processing. Check the saving status before leaving a project.
Deletion
You can delete projects and your app account. Deleting a project removes its saved information and file-access key. Encrypted storage copies may remain pending provider cleanup; downloaded copies are not recalled. Read the Privacy Policy for more details.
Changes and applicable rights
These terms may change as QuickMix develops. Important changes will be reflected on this page. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.
